The chalet
Introduction
Chalet Schöne Aussicht is a warm and cosy holiday home with a very practical layout. The surface is approximately 160 square meter and is divided over two floors: the ground floor and the first floor. At the front of the house there are two parking places under the carport. In addition, a few cars can be parked in the yard. There is a heated ski room next to the entrance. Skis and snowboards can dry here at night, so you can go up the mountain with fresh materials the next day.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The first floor is the living floor. Here is also the fourth bedroom. In addition, there is a bathroom with a double sink, washing machine and dryer and there is a second toilet. The L-shaped dining room has a brand-new kitchen. This is equipped with an electric cooker with six cooking zones, and a good ventilation system. The kitchen counter has two large sinks. Next to the oven there is a separate microwave. Very useful if you want to warm baby milk while the pasta dish is already in the oven. In addition, there is a large fridge and a spacious freezer.
Although the trend in new construction is to create one large living space in which cooking, eating and recreation are concentrated in one room, the conscious choice has been made not to merge the dining room and living room. So, you can have a chat with a part of the group in the cosy dining room while another part of the group watches a video in the living room. Or, as parents, you can enjoy a drink in the living room, while the children have fun with their toys at the kitchen table. Ideal, right?
Finally, Chalet Schöne Aussicht has its own garden with lots of privacy. On the terrace there are robust tables including accompanying benches with handrails. In addition, there are some nice loungers to optimally enjoy the sun. The barbecue can’t be missed, of course. The small children can sit at their own picnic table and slide down the slide. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the Salzach Valley and the mountains of the Hohe Tauern!
