LUXURIOUS HOLIDAY HOUSE IN A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION

Chalet ‘Schöne Aussicht’ (beautiful view) is an authentic, luxuriously furnished holiday home, centrally located between the ski areas of Bramberg-Neukirchen & Kitzbühel-Kirchberg. The house has recently been completely renovated. As a result, the house has all the comforts of home, but at the same time it has retained its charming appearance. The chalet is located on a quiet little road, just above the hamlet of Mühlbach, and is suitable for groups of two to twelve people.

The atmospheric village of Bramberg is only a few minutes’ drive away. From here the ‘Smaragdbahn’ brings you to the Wildkogel Arena, where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding or the longest illuminated toboggan run in the world. From Hollersbach, less than five minutes’ drive from the chalet, you can take the ‘Panoramabahn’ to the Kitzbühel-Kirchberg ski area in the Kitzbühel Alps.

The house has a practical kitchen with six cooking zones, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. In the separate living room, you can relax after an active day. The bedrooms have luxury box spring beds. Each (bed)room offers a fantastic view of the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Salzachtal (Salzach valley). In the summer you can relax in your own garden and enjoy the phenomenal view.

This makes Chalet ‘Schöne Aussicht’ an ideal holiday home for both winter sports as summer holidays. During the winter it is the ideal base for a week of skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing or going on the toboggan run. In the summer it is a beautiful location for hiking, cycling, mountain biking or motorcycling. Chalet ‘Schöne Aussicht’ is therefore available for rent throughout the year.
